- Reason 1: Tenant or occupant involved in illegal drug activities.

- Section 2: How to fill an N6 form
- Fill tenant’s name(s) under “To” and landlord’s name(s) under “From.”
- Provide the complete rental unit address.
- Termination Date:
- Reason 1: Minimum 10 days after notice.
- Reason 2 or 3:
- First notice in past 6 months: termination date must be at lease 20 days after giving the tenant this notice.
- Second notice within 6 months and the first notice had a 7 day correction period: termination date must be at lease 14 days.
