About Paul J Rouillard

Paul J Rouillard’s journey in real estate began at the tender age of 22 when he obtained his real estate license. Learning the ropes from his parents, who were seasoned landlords, Paul vividly recalls his early experiences of rent collection and witnessing the eviction process, showcasing the unconventional methods prevalent at that time.

In 2003, Paul’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish an advertising agency and a property management company, marking the inception of his foray into the real estate industry. Over the years, Paul navigated through the challenges and pitfalls of property management, learning valuable lessons and refining his strategies along the way.

In 2011, armed with a wealth of experience and insights gained from managing thousands of rental units, Paul founded the Ontario Landlord Help Group.
