The Owner Group Program was created for a large, collaborative network of landlords in the region.
While each landlord keeps a separate management agreement, we price the portfolio as if it were one large ownership group. This allows every landlord to benefit from discounted rates on property management, leasing, and paralegal services.
By operating as a single portfolio for pricing purposes, we:

Note: If a landlord owns only one or two units total (whether they are single-family homes, duplexes, or any other type of property), the rate is $139/month per unit, plus $19/month per unit for the Legal Guarantee and LandlordEzy Membership.
This tiered pricing is calculated per unit — it doesn’t matter if they are all single-family homes, duplexes, or apartments. Each property is classified on a per-unit basis, regardless of address or property type, anywhere within the region.
